"My daughter was involved in a hit and run accident (she was the one who was hit). She immediately called the police. She has been driving for maybe a year and a half. She couldn’t find her insurance card when the police officer arrived. We called State Farm and they sent it to her immediately. As a mom, I appreciated the compassion that State Farm showed. The first question they asked me was if my daughter was ok. They then quickly sent the insurance card via text. A few weeks later they called to make sure that everything was ok and to also congratulate my daughter for doing well in school. They took the extra time to follow up about the accident and to also acknowledge my daughter for her hard work in school. It meant a lot to the both of us."
